1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the 127 Evergreen Lane Chronicles application, or by purchasing access through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Independent Application & No Affiliation

This application is an independent digital journal and companion tool published by 127 Evergreen Lane LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any third-party ministry, reading plan, or publishing organization. Any references to dates, reading schedules, or external materials are provided purely for informational and personal study organization purposes.

3. License and Permitted Use

127 Evergreen Lane LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on compatible mobile devices for your personal, non-commercial use.

Organization licenses are issued as individual access codes, one per seat, under the same personal-use terms for each person who redeems a code. Access codes are not to be shared, resold, or used as a single shared login.

4. User Content and Data Storage

Your journal entries, artwork, and puzzle progress remain on your device unless you enable optional Cloud Sync. Synced data—including email address, user ID, and purchase information—is stored in your personal Google Drive account, and Chronicles cannot access those backup files. We process account and purchase information needed for sign-in, entitlement, support, and billing. You retain ownership of everything you write. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

Access may be purchased directly through this website or through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices differ between these channels, and the applicable price is the one shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation, trial, and refund terms — including where to cancel for each purchase channel — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Purchases made through an app store are additionally subject to that store's own terms and refund process.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 127 Evergreen Lane LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this application.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Any updates will be reflected on this page and within the app's Terms section, with a revised effective date.
